This month in Foundationstones...

This month in Foundationstones we have been looking at the Major Prophets of the Old Testament.  On Sunday we looked at the book of Lamentations.  Each Chapter of Lamentations is an acrostic poem with the verse beginning with a consecutive letter of the alphabet.  We thought about some of the things that make us sad or upset and used them to create our own poems.  Here are some of the poems we wrote.

Messy Church Update

What an exciting few months we have had in Messy Church.

In March we had "Bring your mum to Messy Church" and were really excited to have so many mothers and grandmothers visiting us (some had even flown in from overseas!).  Thank you to everybody who helped decorate the beautiful bunting for our Sunday morning Mother's Day Service.

In April we sprang into spring.  Do email us photos of your growing plants and grasshead people, we'd love to see them and put them on the website.  Look at the photos below to see how well Jess' grass man is doing!

Half Term Messy Church

Messy Church this month is taking place during half term, join us on Monday 18th february between 11am and 1pm for free crafts, games and lunch for the whole family.
